EffortX is a technology platform designed to support social impact initiatives through transparent digital infrastructure.

The Platform is operated by:

EffortX Labs Pte. Ltd. (“EffortX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a technology company and does not operate as a charity, financial institution, payment processor, or fundraising entity.

EffortX also supports EffortX Foundation, an independent not-for-profit organisation registered in Australia, which serves as the charitable arm of the EffortX ecosystem. EffortX Foundation operates independently in accordance with applicable Australian charity laws and governance requirements.

The Platform provides digital tools designed to support transparency, engagement, and participation in social impact initiatives.

Through the Platform, users may:

• Discover and explore community and charitable initiatives
• View impact updates, progress reporting, and project information
• Engage with vetted charitable and social impact organisations
• Participate in non-financial engagement or allocation mechanisms

EffortX does not:

• Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• Act as a financial intermediary or payment processor
• Hold, custody, or manage user funds

EffortX is not a financial institution, and nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Financial or investment advice
• An offer or solicitation of securities
• A recommendation to donate, invest, or contribute

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own independent assessment and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

EffortX Foundation is the charitable arm of EffortX, established as an independent not-for-profit organisation registered in Australia.

Where applicable:

• EffortX Foundation may operate, administer, or support charitable initiatives featured on the Platform.
• Donations or contributions directed to EffortX Foundation are governed by its own charitable governance, compliance obligations, and regulatory framework.
• EffortX Labs does not control or direct how charitable funds are applied once transferred to EffortX Foundation.

The Platform may feature a Community Fund or similar participation mechanisms designed to support social impact initiatives.

Participation in any project is voluntary and undertaken at the user’s own discretion.

While EffortX seeks to promote transparency and accountability, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Project completion or success
• Use or effectiveness of funds
• Social, environmental, or charitable impact

Participation does not create any fiduciary, agency, or partnership relationship between users and EffortX.

Some initiatives displayed on the Platform are operated by independent third-party organisations.

While EffortX conducts reasonable vetting prior to listing:

• EffortX does not control or manage third-party organisations
• EffortX is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or outcomes
• Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence

References to third-party organisations do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless explicitly stated.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully
• Avoid misuse, manipulation, or harmful behaviour
• Refrain from misleading or fraudulent activity

EffortX reserves the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse or violations occur.

All Platform content, branding, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to EffortX unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

EffortX does not sell personal data.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

EffortX makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EffortX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of data, funds, or opportunity.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EffortX, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
