Brenda joined in early 2025 after a decade in ceramic tile logistics, where she developed strong opinions on grit ratings that proved exactly what the foundation needed. She oversees milestone delivery and the ceramic hat supply chain. Her defining moment: resolving a customs incident involving undersized hats and a stowaway gecko who emerged in Surabaya demanding to speak to a manager. A laminated report titled "The Surabaya Stowaway" now sits on her desk as a permanent reminder.
